Sheila Basile, Senior Vice President, Northeast Region USA, Lee Hecht Harrison, is an expert in career management and leadership management. Sheila works with companies to develop talent mobility solutions including coaching executives, certifying internal corporate coaches, helping leaders and employees manage change, and transitioning people to internal and external jobs. She manages large Fortune client accounts globally across practice areas taking care to create global alignment with local flexibility. She is skillful in managing large accounts and in assisting Human Resource Leaders design solutions to develop, engage, retain, and offboard employees at all levels including senior executives. Sheila is a certified Lee Hecht Harrison Career Transition Coach and also an Executive Leadership Development Coach. She holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and a B.A. in English Language and Literature.

Vicki is passionate about providing Lee Hecht Harrison clients with winning strategies to develop their talent. As the firm-wide expert with over 20 years experience, Vicki has designed and delivered leadership development and executive coaching solutions at the enterprise level for a wide range of industries. Vicki holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and B.S. in Business Administration. She holds an A.C.C. credential from the International Coach Federation.
