This seems to be for a couple of reasons – 1-when you’re sleeping you’re not eating 2-some hormones are activated when you’re not sleeping enough that increase your appetite and decrease your body’s ability to feel full when you do eat. Whatever you don’t count sheep – a recent study has shown that counting sheep or anything else engages your mind too much and actually delays your ability to fall asleep fast. It’s better to think of pleasant, relaxing thoughts as you drift off to sleep. Also I have found that on days that I exercise I fall asleep faster and sleep through the night better. What about you? A couple of days of sleeping late doesn’t even you out for the week of living on just a few hours of sleep. Jim explains a few simple adjustments to your mind and your daily habits that will help you lose weight, sleep better, improve your sex life and energize your life in just 7 days. Here are some tips Jim talked about: Drink enough water and green tea – most people go through the day dehydrated which causes your body to go into a stress state. Cut out all those sugar drinks including juice but more like sports drinks and sodas.
