
On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Marta Montenegro SOBeFiT’s founder and CEO came on to
preview this month SOBeFit issue and to tell us about her great exercise Montenegro Method dvd series. She also shared how she is mixing up her own workouts by learning some mixed martial arts, playing tennis and even doing some ballroom dancing. She says she gets the best results when she makes one change at a time then sticks with it for awhile then makes a new change.
