Their training studio is 1800-square-feet and is always super clean and has a complete private shower. They have complete state of the art weight training and cardiovascular equipment. Physique Refinements training programs are exclusive. They are a private personal training studio, Committed to Excellence. They strive for perfection by customizing individual training programs. Physique Refinements mission is to educate one person at a time to perform mechanical sustainable movements.

The First Annual Suwanee Health & Fitness Festival will take place on Saturday, August 24th, 2019 in the beautiful Town Center Park in Suwanee, GA. The festival starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 7:00 PM. Bring the family and enjoy the fun.
