Sandra MacQuillanSandra MacQuillan serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Kimberly-Clark, where she leads company’s global supply chain, with responsibility for procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality, safety, and sustainability. Sandra brings extensive experience in procurement, technology and engineering to Kimberly-Clark, and has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Russia and the United Arab Emirates.She joined Kimberly-Clark in 2015 from Mars Incorporated, where she served from 2009 to 2015 as global vice president, supply chain and was responsible for manufacturing, engineering and logistics for Global Petcare, a $15 billion business. Sandra earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with honors from the University of Greenwich, U.K. and was awarded Chartered/Engineer status from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, London. John Holly is a lifelong human resources professional with a passion for coaching for personal and professional growth and success. John, was born in South Carolina, but spent his formative years growing up in South Florida.  He attended Clark College (known now as Clark Atlanta University) where he attained his BBA. John is also a graduate of the 67th session of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. Started in 2009, Peach State Pride stems from a love of Georgia’s history, heritage, and people. Founder Derek Chitwood grew up working in his grandfather’s peach orchard every summer as a boy. Born and raised in Canon, Georgia, his upbringing cultivated his love of Southern culture. After studying history at Georgia College in historic Milledgeville, Chitwood moved to Athens where he started Peach State Pride. Today he resides in Watkinsville with his beautiful wife Kari Beth. Peach State Pride is headquartered just outside of Athens in Historic Downtown Watkinsville, and the line is currently available in over 100 stores across the Southeast. Kari and Derek also own Empire South, in Watkinsville, Athens, and Virginia-Highland (Atlanta), and V.F. Chitwood’s, in Lavonia, GA.

Jon Slangerup joined American Global Logistics as chairman in April 2017 and was appointed Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in July 2017. With domain expertise in multi-modal logistics, enterprise software and environmental technologies, Jon has built businesses throughout North America, Europe and Asia, serving customers in more than 100 countries.

Previously, Jon was CEO of the Port of Long Beach, a primary U.S. gateway moving $200 billion a year in trans-Pacific trade. As CEO, he delivered record levels of cargo volume and revenue growth and successfully managed a $4 billion capital infrastructure expansion program. Jon’s career began in military and commercial aviation, leading to a distinguished 20-year career with FedEx, where he advanced to become President of FedEx Canada.

Blake Shumate co-founded American Global Logistics in 2007 as part of an accomplished team of logistics professionals. With more than 20 years of global logistics experience, he currently aligns IT, process improvement and service operations to drive positive customer experiences as AGL’s Chief Operating Officer.

Jannine Miller is the Director of the Center of Innovation for Logistics, a division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development and the states leading resource for fueling logistics industry growth and global competitiveness. The Center provides technical industry expertise, collaborative research and partnerships to help the states logistics industry connect, compete and grow. The Center also hosts the annual Georgia Logistics Summit, which had over 1,000 attendees in 2016.

Previously, Ms. Miller served as the Senior Manager of Finance for The Home Depot; the Executive Director of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA), Transportation Policy Advisor to Governor Purdue, Policy and Programs Consultant for the Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority, and as Senior Transportation Planner with the Atlanta Regional Commission.
