Will Anyone (Other Than Dr Fitness) Eat This Glazed Tofu Recipe?

Dr Fitness loves him some tofu. He eats it all the time. At his house and at restaurants. He likes extra firm. This recipe is to take a 14 oz package of extra firm tofu slice it up. In a pan saute some3 bok choy, garlic, vegetable broth, ginger, brown sugar in some sesame oil. You mix in the tofu into that hot mess. cook it some more then serve it over rice or noodles.
In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share a favorite tofu broccoli stir fry recipe. Start with about a pound of extra firm tofu – chop that up real good. Then take some vegetable broth, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper, olive oil, ginger and garlic mix it up then dump all that in your wok (or pan).
