Thyme to Cater is a local, professional full-service caterer in Jackson County; serving all of Northeast Georgia. Chef Keith Mosser has more than 26 years experience in the food service industry. He lived in Europe for 8 years after high school where he attended culinary school in Florence, Italy. Then apprenticed under world renowned chef, Johann Lafer in Stromberg, Germany.

Chef Keith worked at several other michelin star restaurants before returning to the US where he spent some years at Chateau Elan where he met his wife Mindy. Junior Leadership Jackson is a community based, 8-month leadership program for high school students who live in Jackson County. JLJ aims to support the development of young leaders through structured events and educational programs in partnership with the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Jackson program.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact and learn from representatives of various industries and organizations in and around Jackson County. The program consists of four to five (4-5) community focused field trips and leadership learning opportunities.

Open to Juniors and Seniors who attend public, private and home-based schools.
