Paula Register has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the health care and public education industry. Paula has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as Physician Group operations and leadership development work having worked as a CEO/Senior Vice President of both Hospital owned Management Services Organizations and large Physician Enterprises with Catholic Health Initiatives and Ascension Health. In addition, she participated nationally in leadership groups which shaped the Physician Enterprisestructure for both CHI and Ascension. She was listed in Becker’s 2011 List of Most InfluentialWomen to Know Healthcare.
Paula graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a major in Accounting. She has held numerous leadership roles throughout her career in her church and in various community organizations including the American Heart Association, United Way and Junior Achievement. Most recently she served as the Community Chair for the Arthritis Foundation Jingle Bell Run in December 2017.

With more than a 15 years of industry experience, he has served as a keynote speaker on the healthcare industry, leadership, workplace culture and risk management for professional organizations throughout Southern Arizona, including the City of Tucson, Greater Tucson Leadership, the Financial Executives and Affiliates of Tucson, and the CEO Roundtable of Tucson.
Matt is an active member in the Tucson community, having served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Arizona Army National Guard and volunteering with multiple local organizations, including as Treasurer and a Big Brother with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southern Arizona, a volunteer with the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona, Chair of the Pima County JTED’s Business and Industry Council, a builder with Habitat for Humanity and many other local youth charities.
