Dominique Maddox with We Sell Restaurants Inc. is a licensed Georgia real estate agent and graduate of Morehouse College which he attended on a football scholarship. He brings that same competitive spirit and energy to the field of restaurant brokerage. Dominique received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Morehouse College. He has worked in mortgage financing, real estate, business to business sales, and Restaurant Brokerage Sales. Dominique was named the recipient of the Georgia Association of Business Broker “Rookie of the Year” award from the organization for 2011. Dominique was also elected as a Director to the Georgia Association of Business Brokers for 2012. Dominique received the 2017 Million Dollar Sales Club award from the Georgia Association of Business Brokers. Dominique has earned the Certified Restaurant Broker designation and is currently enrolled in the Certified Franchise Executives Program endorsed by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE).

Myra Cisse, MBA, is the President of Government Contractors Association (GCA), GA Chapter and author of the e-book The “Certified” Business Advantage: The Edge You Need When Selling B2B and B2G. Through GCA and in her own business, Certification Consultants, Myra has assisted women, minority and veteran business owners across the country gain certifications that have resulted in millions of dollars’ worth of corporate and government contracts for those businesses. On the path to corporate and government contracts, Myra is that “first” step. Myra spent the last 6 years of her 20+ year banking career assisting business owners and she has closed millions of dollars of SBA loans. She partnered with Government Contractors Association in 2015 and combines decades of industry experience and her SBA experience to help her certified clients to learn what they need to become successful government contractors. Government Contractors Association is a National membership organization with a mission to Educate | Facilitate |Advocate for small businesses. GCA currently has chapters in GA and FL. Steve and Cyndi Weinbaum are restaurant brokers with We Sell Restaurants. Steve is a licensed real estate salesperson and Certified Business Broker. He has over 25 years of experience working with retail, dining, and financial industry leaders with a focus on Marketing, Business Analysis, and Relationship Management. The importance of establishing open and honest rapport with all his clients is, and will continue to be, paramount.

Steve has the ability to quickly and accurately review and evaluate financial data. This skill enables him to provide sound valuation feedback and business guidance. He has years of experience negotiating complex business to business contracts. Cyndi is a licensed Real Estate Agent who has been representing Buyers and Sellers for over a decade. She is a certified negotiation specialist and has attended many workshops and seminars on sales and marketing and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. She has also received instruction and testing leading to designation as a Certified Restaurant Broker.

Cyndi sharpened her negotiating and business analysis skills as a buyer for Macy’s where she collaborated on multifaceted deals in order to maximize return and further developing her ability to quickly and accurately review financial data to evaluate value and drive sales.

As a Restaurant Broker, Cyndi is now working with restaurant owners to accurately value, market and sell their restaurants for maximum value. Harvey Daniels III/Burr & Forman

Harvey Daniels practices in Burr & Forman’s Business section, with an emphasis on corporate law and business planning, including contract and document review and drafting.
