After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Heather Locke began her career as a web developer and quickly moved into a role of managing a team of programmers, designers, animators, and digital video producers for a wide variety of multimedia interactive corporate applications including marketing, communications and e-learning. From there, she worked as a project manager for Fortune 1000 companies, including Subway, Disney, HBO, and Target.

This expertise led her to found Hammersmith Support, a full-service web development company focused on helping clients of all sizes move through every phase of the process: site building, hosting, and maintenance. But most importantly, Hammersmith Support is built on a foundation of close relationships with clients. Heather seeks to know who you are, the challenges your company faces, and then use that knowledge to build a fresh, engaging, up-to-date website that reflects your organization’s core values and personality.

A proud Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University, Thomas leads the business coalition of Local First Arizona by advocating for the economic and cultural benefits provided by building strong local economies.

Thomas steers the strategic direction of LFA’s major programs and initiatives as well as the engagement of over 3000 businesses across Arizona. As Executive Director, Thomas guides a team of statewide senior directors overseeing the execution of LFA’s communication strategy, major initiatives and key partnerships, as well as the collaboration of over 30 staff implementing work in entrepreneurship programs, small business advocacy, local food initiatives, sustainability, urban development and community building. He frequently speaks to groups locally and nationally, presenting the impact of Local First Arizona and the importance of local economy work in building prosperity.

Outside of Local First Arizona, Thomas has participated in volunteering his time to many causes and organizations throughout the Valley including Young Nonprofit Professionals – Phoenix, Equality Arizona, Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits, Arizona Commission on the Arts, Heritage Square Foundation and Phoenix Legal Action Network. Additionally, Thomas is a 2018 Phoenix Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree, alumni of Arizona Leading for Change, and current participant in Valley Leadership Institute’s 40th cohort.

Spirit Led Life Coach is owned and operated by Chon (Shawn) Pugh M. Div.. Pastor Pugh specializes in relationships and grief. Through the use of a Myers Briggs personality inventory she can assist client’s in identifying their unique personality and how they interact in the world.

The client’s unique personality presents to the world through their relationships. At Spirit Led Life Coach each client is treated as an individual and their relationships with their significant other, friends, family, work and God are processed as needed creating a safe environment for the client to process and ask questions.

Pastor Pugh’s office is often referred to as the Kleenex Vortex. It is a safe place for all emotions. It is a place to be who you were created to be. It is a place where you can seek, search, soar and succeed.

Pastor Chon (Shawn) Pugh is a spiritual life coach (10 years) and pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Mesa, AZ. ( 9 years). She attended Wake Tech as a undergrad and directed and taught preschools for ten years. She attended University of Houston Continuing Education in Substance Abuse Counseling (1989). She was consecrated a Lutheran Deaconess by the Lutheran Deaconess Association (1998).

She completed her Associate in Ministry though the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (1998). She received her Masters of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary (2004) and her life coaching certification from Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts (2008).

For over twenty years she has been spiritually assisting people in becoming the unique persons they are. Pastor Pugh has been married to her high school sweetheart, Danny Pugh, for 42 years. They have four grown married children and seventeen grandchildren. They have resided in the Phoenix area for 17 years.

Prior to that they have lived in Raleigh, NC, Houston, TX., and Little Rock, AR. She loves people, is creative, nurturing and an exceptional preacher. She helps people becoming the best they can be.
