Stir fry in olive oil some cut up onions, carrots, parsnip, and other veggies you like. Then toss all that in a  food processor with some vegetable broth and some seasoning like black peppers and chives. A recent study seemed to show that if you drink a couple of glasses before a meal you’ll eat less and lose weight. this may be because you’re full from drinking the water. It also might be because people are more dehydrated than they think they are and they might confuse the signal to eat with the signal to drink.  So drink early and drink often – you might drop a couple of pounds – FYI this study seems to work best for older folks. It’s tempting to buy a huge bottle and save some money but don’t do it. Go with Extra Virgin olive oil. Olive oil is a great oil for everything – salad dressing, marinades, cooking even dipping. In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their favorite red snapper recipe. Red snapper is one of the most delicious fish out there. And this easy recipe is a must add to your weekly meals. Take 4 nice sized red snapper fillets – about 4 oz each- and put it on some tin foil – this seals in the moisture so it doesn’t dry out.  You can add your favorite seasonings and herbs and a little olive oil. then throw some aromatic vegetables at the bottom of the pan – like carrots, celery, onions, etc. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy.
