In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their favorite Persian pizza recipe. Using a bread that is more like a wrap than bread is how Dr Fitness came up with this recipe. He uses a Persian flat bread called lavash.  First, brush the lavash with olive oil then spoon on your favorite tomato sauce; then add your veggies and mozzarella cheese. These bad boys have about 250 calories in them so don’t freak out if you’re kid wants one.  The hardest part of this recipe is finding  the wooden sticks to hold the apple. Red delicious apples work well for the apple. They have candy mixes or you can boil up sugar, corn syrup, water yourself. Cramping is caused by a combination of dehydration, low electrolyte levels and muscle fatigue. Some easy ways to prevent cramping is to do some passive stretching as you warm up for exercise. In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share one of their favorite snapper recipes. Don’t be afraid to cook fish. this fish recipe is pretty simple. Get some red snapper – skinless. Heat up your grill – real hot. Now toss the fish on the grill. Sprinkle some jerk seasoning on the fish. You only get one flip so make sure it is ready to flip – look for some flakiness.  Now a great salsa that goes with this is made by chunking up some avocado, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, lemon juice and olive oil.
