In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share an interesting grilled avocado and chicken recipe. A grilled avocado goes great with a honey glazed chicken. So here we go – make a marinate for the chicken with lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and marinate for 45 minutes.  Toss on the grill –  when the chicken is about halfway done toss a peeled avocado half on the grill next to the chicken. In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share a delicious chicken with peanut curry recipe. This recipe uses the old shake and bake method of coating the chicken so it is a great way to involve your kids in the making of the meal.  Prepare about 3 pounds of chicken. In a plastic bag mix up some flour, curry powder, ginger, chili pepper, cilantro then toss the chicken in piece by piece. And shake it up until each piece is coated.
