There are so many egg choices – which do you choose – egg whites, brown eggs, designer anti-oxidant infused eggs, farm fresh eggs, or store brands. Comparing the cost of the most expensive to the cheapest can be sometimes double. Dr Fitness says for the best value buy the store brand white eggs – that’s right go with the cheapest eggs. If you want to use only the whites – separate them yourself and save some money. Brown eggs have the same nutrition as white – they just cost more. As Dr Jim Levine from the Mayo Clinic talks about the NEAT method for losing weight – humans are meant to move. So if you can create ways to stand up and stay moving throughout your day you can lose weight pretty easily and quickly. This kind of all day movement does not have to be vigorous it can be very casual and you will still burn lots of calories throughout the day. A friend of our Steve Bordley has come up with a TrekDesk. This workspace sits over the treadmill you have collecting dust in your garage. This is not your private gym – you are sharing the space with lts and lots of other people. Do clean up your sweat after each exercise. Don’t be the loud cell phone talker unless you have something really interesting to talk about. Do use only the space around your locker – don’t spread out and crowd people in the locker room.
