But that is no excuse not to add onions to your diet. They have lots of health benefits like flavenoids which has been shown to help lower blood pressure, lower your risk of colon cancer and is an anti-bacterial. When picking out an  onion avoid the ones that have sprouts coming out of them. And cooking them does lower the vitamin content a little bit. And don’t store them in the refrigerator either. Studies show that when you are eating with skinny people you use them as a guide as to what and how much to eat. So if your skinny friend is binging on chocolate cake you start thinking well if she can eat that then there is no harm in me having a piece as well. So you see your skinny friend (she’s not doing this to sabotage you on purpose) is undermining your weight loss program. Good news though, when you hang out with fatter people they also influence your behavior. When you see what heavier friends are eating typically you eat less because subconsciously you don’t want to look like them. It is genetic and usually affects the middle layer of skin. Changes in weight (both gaining weight and losing weight) can cause stretch marks as well. If your shower curtain is made of PVC it might emit toxic fumes – which some people have  a sensitivity to. Wipe down your laptop keyboard because it might have more germs than your bathroom has. Throw your kitchen sponge in the dishwasher regularly because over time that thing absorbs all kinds of germs. And wash out your towels and clothes in hot water . How To Read Egg Labels

So now all you have to figure out is what all these new labels mean. Omega 3 Fortified means the hens were fed omega 3s in their feed, which therefore make their eggs omega fortified.
