Can a business leader or a professional write for the sheer joy of writing?  Is such a concept viable?  For the most part, folks tend to have not so positive memories of pounding out assigned essays and themes and term papers from high school and college. Writing and fun or writing and enjoyment stand as disconnects.  For some business leaders and entrepreneurs writing is fun and does bring enjoyment. And the writing may or may not be connected to business.  Today’s guests reflect on the writing they do which provides them with enjoyment and a change of pace.  R. Brian Johnson devotes his working hours to managing a commercial construction company.  Dr. David Galloway is a senior director with Galloway Consulting.  Both enjoy the challenge and creativity found in writing.

Jennie leads innovative, strategic change.  She has been described as one who ‘excels in future reality’.   Jennie specializes in partnering with leaders across the organization to translate growth strategies into disciplined execution programs.

Jennie’s love for change began early:

– Moved around frequently while growing up, which whetted her appetite for change and how people are influenced by change

– Exchange student in India at 17, which showed her the world is a collection of diverse ideas, talents, and philosophies

– Educated at small colleges, which taught her about communities

– Early career:  COO for small, family-owned business – learned about work groups becoming families

– Mid career:   Corporate America – Consulting with small manufacturers, a dive into Lean Six Sigma at GE, and building the Business Transformation group at Coca-Cola Enterprises that created a culture of visible, profitable strategy execution.

Jennie has spent the last 20 months on sabbatical:  travel in a very small trailer (blue highways and small town America), tourist volunteer (India) and LOTS of family time (hubby, kids, parents, siblings).  She is now in active transition, seeking her next opportunity to engage leaders across an organization to make change happen.

Our process uses no chemicals. Without the use of chemicals, our process kills all stages of head lice, from nits and nymphs to adults.

Today’s head lice products that are available contain pesticides or other  toxic chemicals. There are many downsides to chemical treatments. These chemicals do not effectively kill lice or their eggs, they usually require repeated treatments, they can cause harmful side effects, and often fail leading to a reoccurrence of lice  within 2 weeks. Head lice are rapidly evolving a resistance to these available chemical treatments.

Headhunters uses only safe natural products to kill lice and their eggs. With our thorough process your satisfaction is guaranteed and your head lice problem will come to an end.
