Peggy Gulick serves as AGCO’s Director of Digital Transformation, Global Manufacturing. Ms. Gulick joined AGCO as a plant leader for AGCO’s Production Systems (Lean) and Information Technology teams and strategies. Prior to joining AGCO, Ms. Gulick spent 16 years in global Enterprise Resource Planning in the sporting consumer goods industry serving as Director of Global Business Process at Pure Fishing, Inc. a subsidiary of Newell Brands.
In 2015, Ms. Gulick chartered the Women in Manufacturing Chapter in Minnesota while holding an active position on AGCO’s AGWN (AGCO Global Women’s Network) Global Steering Committee. Most recently, she has led a team of out-of-box thinkers and ambitious partners in the implementation of wearable technology solutions on the manufacturing plant floor. She is also the 2014 recipient of the Women in Manufacturing STEP (Science, Technology, Engineering and Production) Award from the Manufacturing Institute, awarded to honor women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their careers.
Ms. Gulick holds a Masters of Business Administration in Global Business She earned a BS in Computer Science from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA, where she received the Most Distinguished Alumni for Outstanding Achievement in 2016. She also earned a certificate in Executive Leadership for Women from Kennesaw State University’s Cole College of Business Executive Education Programs and a mini masters of Project Management at the University Of St. Thomas’ Opus College of Business. Scott W. Luton is the founder of Supply Chain Now Radio. He has worked extensively in the end-to-end Supply Chain industry for more than 15 years, appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Dice and Quality Progress Magazine.
Scott currently serves as Executive Vice President of APICS Atlanta and was recently named a 2019 Pro to Know in Supply Chain by Supply & Demand Executive. He founded the 2019 Atlanta Supply Chain Awards and also served on the 2018 Georgia Logistics Summit Executive Committee. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) credential.
A Veteran of the United States Air Force, Scott volunteers on the Business Pillar for VETLANTA and serves on the advisory board for the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance. Joshua Lebarre is the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Atlanta-based sonnen, Inc., a global leader in residential energy storage. Before working for sonnen, Joshua served in the US Navy as a non-nuclear mechanic aboard the submarines USS Jefferson City and USS Salt Lake City. Laura Madajewski, CPA, MBA is a Principal in the Audit and Advisory department of HLB Gross Collins, P.C. She leads the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Practice, as well as the ERISA Practice of the firm. She has extensive experience helping clients improve controls, strengthen management, enhance governance roles and oversight and streamline operations through diligence to facilitate positive changes and growth for her clients’ operations.
