Born and raised in Tucson. Whenever I try to leave the trucks breaks down. After a time I got to know everyone and they all become part of who you are. So why leave? I put myself through college. Rodeoed in my younger years. Past President of BIC. Past board member of the March of Dimes. Written 2 books. Raising a beautiful daughter and a dog named Batman. I love to visit rodeos, camp, country concerts, bbq, build furniture and write. I love my career doing classes, radio, public speaking and bringing in commercial and residential business to Stewart Title. I teach:

Chrisie is a Tucson Native who loves traveling with her family, shooting pool, playing cards and watching the Denver Broncos! Bill is a Kansas City native who enjoys scuba diving, shooting pool, traveling & watching the Kansas City Chiefs. Yes, to answer your question, things get interesting when their teams play each other. Together they share four bonus children and one daughter along with three grandchildren. Together they are working to build their business here in Southern Arizona which covers six counties, including Pinal, Pima, Greenlee, Cochise, Graham & Santa Cruz Counties.
BNI is the largest referral organization in the world and is celebrating 19 years here in Southern Arizona this month. There are 14 Chapters from Sierra Vista to Maricopa with nearly 300 Members.
Members range from the solo-entrepreneur to owners of large companies as well as employees of everything in between. BNI prides itself on creating a positive, supportive, structured place for all Members to come together, train each other as a marketing team and then have each other’s back in passing quality referrals that result in business. In the last 12 months, BNI of Southern Arizona Members has passed 17,224 referrals which resulted in $5,833,249 in closed business for the communities that they touch.
Chrisie and Bill are passionate about the opportunity to continue to build BNI here so that their Members not only make more money but fulfill their dreams.

Mike Gomes is Cortland’s, and the multifamily real estate industry’s, first-ever Chief Experience Officer. In his role as CXO, Mike oversees marketing and communications, design (architecture, interior design and product design), and innovation teams, and he works across all of Cortland to align the entire organization around a forward-thinking resident and community experience.
Prior to joining Cortland, Mike served as SVP, Fan Experience for AMB Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE), the parent company of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United of MLS, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. He helped achieve industry-leading results through the design and implementation of innovative strategies and programming that enhanced the game and event day experience for fans and guests of the new stadium. He also oversaw marketing and brand management for the Falcons and the Stadium as well as game-day and special event multimedia production, creative services, mobile applications, and retail across all three brands.
Prior to joining AMBSE, Mike enjoyed a more than 20-year career with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. During his career he held a variety of executive leadership roles overseeing the strategic development and launch of several new guest experience enhancements, including new products, services, and events at Walt Disney World and other Disney theme parks across the world. He has had responsibilities overseeing product management, business development, website and mobile applications development, ecommerce, and operations. He has also been named on three US patents.
Brian Ericson is the Vice President of Marketing Insights and Technology for Cortland. He works to develop a deep understanding of who Cortland’s residents are and what makes them love their living experience, leveraging primary research and the Kingsley resident satisfaction program. His team is responsible for enhancing Cortland’s digital reputation, through actively managing and soliciting online reviews. His team also recently led a complete re-launch of Cortland’s website platform and manages a variety of pilot programs for customer-facing technologies.
He previously spent 8 years in global loyalty program development at IHG (InterContinental Hotels), including a two year assignment in Bangkok, Thailand. He earned his MBA from Kellogg (Northwestern).

Amelia Warren
Amelia Warren is CEO of Epicure, Canada’s largest direct sales company. Crystal MacGregor
Crystal MacGregor is a Registered Dietician and Epicure’s Director of Innovation, R&D, and Merchandising. She has over a decade of experience and knowledge working in many innovative areas of dietetics: food industry, sports centers, school boards, grocery stores, hospitals and product development. She is a good food advocate and personal training specialist and presently co-chairs Dietitians of Canada’s Food & Culinary Network.
Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a Major in Nutrition from the University of Prince Edward Island where she also completed her dietetic internship. She has been working for Epicure in various innovative roles since 2007. Today, she leads two dynamic teams to challenge how consumers enjoy good food. She provides nutrition expertise and strategy for innovation, research and product development, product marketing & merchandising, recipe development and creative insight to meet corporate goals to change a plate, change a life.

Jen McIntyre
Jen McIntyre is an unschooling mama of two energetic boys, a creative entrepreneur at SquishKit.com, and a community leader and coach who inspires other “multipurpose mamas” to design and live amazing lives. Jen’s fun-loving attitude, extraordinary communication skills, and deep commitment to a healthy, active lifestyle enhance her work in individual and group settings. A former workshop leader and coach, her clientele of adventurous “goal getters” has included personal trainers, yoga instructors, police officers, moms, small business owners, government employees, artists, electricians, chiropractors, insurance salespeople and real estate investors.
