Barry-MadelBarry Madel is a senior level executive with a unique blend of having led both small ($10MM) to mid-sized ($250MM) businesses for public and private-equity organizations.  Barry has led numerous turnarounds, started his own business and also managed corporate reorganizations–and each time increased the profitability of businesses.

A significant part of his career has been in manufacturing businesses (in the flexible packaging and plastics industries) where he worked to grow top line revenue while managing price/volume/mix, increasing variable cost productivity and reducing period costs.  He has extensive experience selling to “big box” home center retail stores, C-Suite executives and small business owners and most recently led a pament processing business managing their 200% growth.

Barry possesses solid six sigma knowledge and has also implemented lean principles in his current turnaround business to improve throughput while reducing overall employee headcount.  He manages from a simple framework of core values and employee expectations and drives results through constant reinforcement of these and holding employees accountable.  He is a genuine and likeable leader respected for his honesty and integrity.

Not just talk – Results!

I was a bit skeptical at first, so I asked for a guarantee. I wanted at least a return of investment. I took a leap of faith and gave it a try with the podcast game plan. We sat down and put together a 1-year strategy of who all my guests would be and what the shows would be about. I basically got to target and handpick my future customers, and it worked. I landed my biggest client that now gives me half my income.
Hosting my own show gave me a foot in the door to so many business opportunities. I can now cold call companies and speak to presidents, CEOs, and Board members within minutes because the gatekeepers send you to the top when you say your “calling from the tech talk show”. If you follow the plan, you will get results. – Aaron Maus, host of Tucson Tech Talk

Tucson Business Radio X has helped me achieve success with new business clients in a way traditional marketing could never do!  My business continues to grow double digits even though this pandemic. – Jaime Overturf, host of Connecting Tucson with Jamie
