April Lochhead was born and raised in Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Floria and the University of South Florida. April moved to Arizona in 1996 after meeting her husband, Ed. They have 3 teenage boys…on attends the University of Arizona, one is an HS senior and one an HS Freshman.
April owns Roadrunner Auto Glass and Window Tint. A company born in 2005. Roadrunner repairs and replaces all auto glass and motorhome glass. The company specializes in commercial and residential window film helping with security, heat reduction and glare reduction.
The Lochhead family is close and enjoy camping, hiking, surfing, and paddle boarding together.

22 years in the Automotive Industry as a salesperson then went into finance and became corporate finance director of a 7 franchise dealership. Ran a blog and “Ask Rhonda” segments to educate buyers. Attained many different people skills, certificates, licenses and attended many sales, financial and customer oriented classes. Created new departments and helped in the development of new innovative ideas for customer experiences in the car buying process.
Own and partnered with husband, a club basketball team for over 20 years. Through the art of basketball, children learn life skills, love skills, and business skills that they will use for the rest of their lives. Once they reach high school, they are showcased throughout the country in front of college coaches for scholarships into college. The placement into colleges has been 85% or higher over the last 20 years.
Owner of International Leadership Mentoring, for women, that works with women and their leadership skills. Women have hired Rhonda so that they can become better leaders at their work, home and in their community. Rhonda partnered with Don Zavis sales training and now has created a new sales training curriculum for those tired of the same training that has been used for years.
Rhonda’s biggest success is her marriage to Darrell Peoples and her blended family of 4 children, 4 dogs, and a horse. She serves on the board of directors of The Haven, which is a residential recovery environment that supports treatment for women and encourages family involvement. She has a passion for life and her purpose is to serve to enlighten and empower people to see the greatness they have within themselves.

Jessica Badowski is the owner and founder of Tucson based Too Busy Gals. Too Busy Gals was established in 2008 in Ohio and moved to Arizona in 2011. It was established as a business to the business service provider after multiple requests for assistance with social media, branding, and marketing from peer business owners. After 20+ years in non-profit management and anti-poverty social work, Jessica decided to break out and start her own business. In 2008, it became quickly apparent the need for high-quality education and coaching social media services was exploding. After 3 years working with national partners in marketing and social media, Too Busy Gals began developing its own roster of clients. Current clientele ranges from a local manufacturing company, land developer, Moroccan artisan e-commerce business, to NYT Bestselling author, and non-profit serving breast cancer survivors.
Too Busy Gals is very active in the local Tucson business community. Currently, Legacy Partners of Local First Arizona, strategic partners with Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Marana Chamber of Commerce, and Vail Chamber of Commerce. Charity and volunteer work has been a passion of Jessica’s and is a central part of Too Busy Gals business model. Currently, Too Busy Gals is part of 100+Women Who Care Tucson, eWomen Network Foundation sponsor, and partner with Big Hearts, Helping Hands Arizona Secret Santa program.
Lisa Benson joined Too Busy Gals in October 2017. Her role is community outreach and connecting local businesses to the training and coaching services Too Busy Gals offers. With a background in event planning, marketing, and advertising research, and extensive marketing experience in networking environments, she ensures Too Busy Gals meets the needs of the Tucson business community. As an active 4-H mom and owner of dogs, birds, rabbits, chickens, pigeons, quail and recently a cat, she is an avid animal enthusiast.

Atlanta has become a critical area for Flexport to service many enterprise-level clients, such as Georgia Pacific.
Ben Harris is Director of Supply Chain Ecosystem Expansion for the Metro Atlanta Chamber. Ben comes to the Metro Atlanta Chamber after serving as Senior Manager, Market Development for Manhattan Associates. There, Ben was responsible for developing Manhattan’s sales pipeline and overall Americas supply chain marketing strategy.
Scott W. Luton is the founder of Supply Chain Now Radio and also serves as Managing Partner for TalentStream. He has worked extensively in the end-to-end Supply Chain industry for more than 15 years, appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Dice and Quality Progress Magazine.

Karin L. Bursa, executive vice president at Logility, oversees the company’s market positioning, strategy development, solutions marketing, media relations, lead generation, business development and branding. Sean Willems is the Haslam Chair in Supply Chain Analytics at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville). He has been a visiting professor of operations management at the MIT Sloan School of Management since 2016. His work has led to finalist selections for the 2003, 2010, and 2017 Franz Edelman Award for Achievement in Operations Research and the Management Sciences. Sean has been a finalist in 2006, 2008 and 2012 for the Daniel H. Wagner Prize for Excellence in Operations Research Practice.
