Christie Lee, Vice President of commercial lending, is a native to Tucson and an expert in commercial real estate transactions. Her previous experience includes over 10 years of business development, commercial lending, and business banking. In addition, she spent 8 years as an escrow officer and 1031 exchange coordinator. Christie’s specialties include financing of business expansions, business acquisitions, partner buy-outs, owner-occupied real estate purchases and ground up construction commercial real estate projects in Southern Arizona. Customer relationships are what she prides herself in, with the common vein in all her roles in business development and commercial lending for the last locally owned bank, Commerce Bank of Arizona.
In addition to Christie’s commitment to her clients and the bank, she is involved in the community as the current chair of the Good Scout Award Luncheon, supporting our local Catalina Council Boy Scouts. Christie is a member of CREW, Commercial Real Estate Women, an advisory board member of the Arizona Builders Alliance, and current Vice President of RMA (Risk Management Association).

Rachel Burgoyne is the AZ Market Manager/Senior Loan Officer with Accion in Tucson and has been with the organization for 3 years now. In this role, she gets to travel all over the state helping small business owners receive financing from Accion when more traditional paths to finance haven’t worked out. Her favorite parts of this job include the privilege of meeting and supporting incredible entrepreneurs around AZ, as well as traveling to all corners of the state to visit their businesses. Rachel has a B.A. in History from Allegheny College, a Masters of Nonprofit Administration from North Park University, and an MDIV from North Park Theological Seminary. She lives in Tucson with her husband Taylor and their dog Cotton.

Jessica Badowski is the owner and founder of Tucson based Too Busy Gals. Too Busy Gals was established in 2008 in Ohio and moved to Arizona in 2011. It was established as a business to the business service provider after multiple requests for assistance with social media, branding, and marketing from peer business owners. After 20+ years in non-profit management and anti-poverty social work, Jessica decided to break out and start her own business. In 2008, it became quickly apparent the need for high-quality education and coaching social media services was exploding. After 3 years working with national partners in marketing and social media, Too Busy Gals began developing its own roster of clients. Current clientele ranges from a local manufacturing company, land developer, Moroccan artisan e-commerce business, to NYT Bestselling author, and non-profit serving breast cancer survivors.
Too Busy Gals is very active in the local Tucson business community. Currently, Legacy Partners of Local First Arizona, strategic partners with Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Marana Chamber of Commerce, and Vail Chamber of Commerce. Charity and volunteer work has been a passion of Jessica’s and is a central part of Too Busy Gals business model. Currently, Too Busy Gals is part of 100+Women Who Care Tucson, eWomen Network Foundation sponsor, and partner with Big Hearts, Helping Hands Arizona Secret Santa program.
Lisa Benson joined Too Busy Gals in October 2017. Her role is community outreach and connecting local businesses to the training and coaching services Too Busy Gals offers. With a background in event planning, marketing, and advertising research, and extensive marketing experience in networking environments, she ensures Too Busy Gals meets the needs of the Tucson business community. As an active 4-H mom and owner of dogs, birds, rabbits, chickens, pigeons, quail and recently a cat, she is an avid animal enthusiast.

Lynette Mathews serves as Client Relations Director for TalentStream. She has over 25 years of experience in engineering and management within manufacturing and distribution enterprises. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has led design, engineering and operations for both Southern Metalcraft in Lithonia and Hobbs Fountains in Atlanta. Lynette was recently the VP of Operations for a multi-million dollar manufacturer of equipment and supplies sold into construction, manufacturing, government, and healthcare markets. Her training and experience in lean principles enables her to develop strategic programs for improving efficiency and quality in both products and processes. She recognizes that talented resources are the driving force behind successful performance metrics. In addition to many years as a hiring manager, Lynette has been a full desk recruiter in the areas of commercial and industrial development, finance and construction.
