Adrienne Bryant
Adrienne Bryant is the Owner/Designated Broker with Bryant Commercial Real Estate, a women-owned commercial real estate company in Phoenix Arizona. BCRE was founded in 2013 by Adrienne and her daughter, Jonvieve Bryant. BCRE focuses on working exclusively with buyers, franchisor/franchisee, and small- to medium-sized business owners. The BCRE team focuses on understanding the needs of the business owner and identifying the needs whether that be site selection, construction management, low voltage, furniture, and the many other areas that business owners struggle with to open and operate their business. BCRE focuses on providing these solutions to ensure the success of the business and the sustainability for the community by creating a holistic approach to assisting with opening their client’s business location. BCRE represents exclusively franchises that include Club Pilates, Stretchlab, Office Evolution, RowHouse, Pure Barre, Stride, YogaSix, and many more.
As Owner/Designated Broker of Bryant Commercial Real Estate, Adrienne works alongside the BCRE team to plan and execute research and development on commercial real estate sales and leasing projects, identify locations, develop and present proposals, and create financial analysis and projections. She also oversees improvements and construction budgets, and provides updates and reports relating to the project. She also possesses a commitment to her company’s greatest assets: her employees.
A native of California, Adrienne is a member of ICSC, a candidate for CCIM designation, and a board member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. She has three children, two of whom are graduates of Arizona State University. What people don’t know about her: “I delivered my second child alone at home.” The best business advice she has to share: “Being in business takes courage, risk, tenacity. You have to begin each new day like it is your first day in business.”

Shatha Barbour is CEO of Hera Hub Phoenix, an executive work center and meeting space where women business owners and professionals can create and collaborate in a professional, productive, spa-like environment. Hera Hub’s mission to provide women with a productive, professional work and meeting space, where they can connect with a like-minded community to collaborate and flourish, thereby enabling them to be leaders in the local community, impacting positive change. The platform provides members with connections to other business experts, access to educational workshops, and visibility within the community — thus giving them the support they need to be prosperous.
Shatha Barbour is a passionate leader with a global vision. She has a diverse background with broad experience working in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry to co-founding a nonprofit organization to being CEO of Hera Hub Phoenix. After receiving her degree in Healthcare Management & Policy from Univ of Michigan in 2002, Shatha worked with the senior executive team of a hospital undergoing a five-year turnaround plan. From there, she moved on to work for Eli Lilly, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, where she covered roles from sales operations to global access strategy, improving the reach of medicine throughout the world among Lilly affiliates worldwide.
In 2010, Shatha moved to Phoenix and took a hiatus from her corporate background. She co-founded a non-profit educational organization called Good Tree Institute, that she actively participates in still. By 2014, Shatha realized she wanted to bridge these broad experiences, from her corporate background to her non-profit startup to pursue her passion: cultivating and empowering women to fulfill their goals and business ideas in a collaborative environment. Shatha started her journey of opening Hera Hub Phoenix in the fall of 2016. After almost 2 years in the making, Hera Hub Phoenix opened its doors in April of 2018. Hera Hub Phoenix is designed as a beautiful landing space and launching pad for the women of Phoenix in all industries and backgrounds, yet not exclusive to just women. It has already become that space with many business owners, professionals, organizations, and companies using the space as a workspace and training center.
Shatha’s ultimate vision is to build bridges between communities, especially women business owners locally, nationally, and internationally. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking, working and facilitation workshops with nonprofits, and spending quality time with her husband and three kids.

As a member of the executive strategy team, Springer contributes to future product and company direction. Springer has direct carrier experience with Emory Worldwide, supply chain logistics experience with EGL/CEVA, and EDI, and supply chain visibility experience with Descartes Systems Group. JP Wiggins is Co-Founder and Vice President of Logistics for 3Gtms. In this role, JP manages channels and partnerships for 3Gtms. He was most recently at SAP where he was the solution principal focusing on SAP’s transportation, warehouse and event management offerings in North America and previously directed industry marketing for the company’s transportation and logistics business unit. Before SAP, he was senior vice president and general manager for Descartes Systems Group’s supply chain, transportation and logistics applications business, and also had been vice president of product management for the company. Previously, JP was co-founder and senior vice president of logistics for Global Logistics Technologies (G-Log); co-founder and vice president of product management at dx/dt; and vice president of logistics at Weseley Software. Dr. Manjeet Singh serves as Research Director for DHL Supply Chain. In this role, he’s currently working on a variety of projects including: the development of warehouse improvement plug-in software called I.D.E.A.; the development of a Freight Optimization Tool which minimizes the ship spend by optimal division of routes; and Manjeet is working with the Global IT team on development of ad-hoc warehousing improvement tools.
