Brian is president of Brian Gracon & Associates, an award-winning training and marketing consulting firm. He has designed over 75 training programs in his 20 years of experience in training strategy development, instructional design and training presentation.
He is also author of “Meconomics® 101: 16 ways to Improve Your Marketing, Selling and Business Management for Today’s Consumers” (Black Rose Writing, 2016), an integrated set of marketing, selling and staffing strategies based on consumer buying habits. And yes, training strategies are featured in his book!
Brian has worked with clients on many types of training projects: marketing, sales, product, customer service, merchandising, retail management, safety, innovation, onboarding, internships and executive development. Past clients include STAINMASTER® carpet, NAPA Auto Parts, Coca-Cola, Citigroup and Walmart. (Brian served as an associate with Prospero Learning Solutions on some of these projects). Paul Friederichsen’s career has included creative director and account management positions at ad agencies such as McCaffery and McCall, Earle Palmer Brown and Hauser Group.
His work includes campaigns for RCA/GE, Jenn Air, Uniden, White-Westinghouse; as well as leading floor covering brands Shaw, Milliken, Kronotex, Engineered Floors, Novalis, Crossville and others.
Paul has been a speaker at TISE and Coverings and has appeared on TalkFloor and FloorDaily. He has also been interviewed on business podcasts, is a contributing writer on branding for the New York Daily News and is a partner in the prestigious branding consultancy, The Blake Project.
