Business Solutions for Growth is Barry and Catherine Cohen. Married since 1996 and in business together since 2003, they created their business coaching company after years of working with their business owner clients. The more Barry and Catherine went back to basics with their clients, even established business owners, the more success those businesses had.
Barry and Catherine brought together all their skills, experience, and talent to create a magical toolbox of ideas, plans, inspiration, and focus, designed to help the ir clients get unstuck in business and achieve greater levels of success.
Barry Cohen is the co-founder of Business Solutions for Growth. A more technical thinker with a 30-plus years of experience in computers, Barry is the systems guy. Whether it’s the systems on the computers or the systems that run the business, it’s all about order and organization. He is a passionate researcher, able to find answers and resources to almost everything, and is a speaker on topics ranging from computers to podcasting to business strategies to working with your spouse. He actively consults with clients to offer business solutions that work.
Catherine Cohen is the co-founder of Business Solutions for Growth. A more creative force, Catherine is the ideas person. Ideas and inspiration seem to just co me to her. Her specialty is taking a client’s talent, experience, desire, and skills, and reworking them into new offerings, laying out the groundwork to get a new business started, or creating a path of growth and renewal. Catherine enjoys crafting solutions that make sense to each client’s unique situation.

Before attending the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, Anjali Patel obtained her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology from Arizona State University with a Certificate in the History and Philosophy of Science. During law school, Anjali had the tremendous opportunity to intern with Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Washington, D.C. and extern for Federal District Court Judge Stephen McNamee.
Kellie Callahan joined the firm in 2007 and became a Shareholder at the firm in 2016. She practices in both Arizona and New Mexico. Kellie oversees the firm’s Enforcement practice group and focuses her practice on civil litigation, general counsel representation and insurance defense. Kellie represents small businesses, nonprofit corporations, planned communities and condominiums. She also has significant experience in collections litigation, electronic discovery disputes, business and employment law issues, and with respect to serving as general counsel to the firm’s business and planned community and condominium clients.
Alexis Firehawk practices in the areas of business law and litigation. She focuses on entity formation and dissolution, securities, general counsel, and civil litigation. Alexis counsels nonprofit and for-profit organizations of all sizes, across industries, regarding business transactions and strategy, capital market transactions, intellectual property disputes, and conflict resolution.

For more than 25 years, Karen Nowicki has been helping organizations and the people who lead them drive their business strategies more effectively and as a result her clients move from success to significance. In 2008, she was awarded the “Mompreneur of the Year Award” for the Southwest. Karen is a published author, accomplished speaker, and trusted adviser to business owners, senior executives and educational leaders. In 2016, Karen and her partners sold $99 Social to Wired Investors, affording her the opportunity and time to become a Studio Partner for 
Mayor Greg Stanton grew up at 39th Ave and Dunlap, attending Cortez High School. Greg then attended Marquette University and went on to earn a law degree from the University of Michigan. Before he was elected to his first term as mayor in 2011, he served nine years on the Phoenix City Council and as Arizona’s Deputy Attorney General.
Nicole Stanton is the Managing Partner of the Phoenix Office of Quarles & Brady LLP and Assistant General Counsel for the firm as a whole. She previously served as adjunct faculty at the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Her practice is focused on business litigation. She was selected as one of the Top 100 lawyers in Arizona for the past three years, listed in Best Lawyers in American for legal malpractice law since 2012, and a Southwest Super Lawyer 2013- present. 


Sarah C. Richardson is one of the preeminent leaders of residential real estate in the Phoenix area. As the designated broker and founder of Tru Realty, she is responsible for both the daily operations and oversight of the multiple growth strategies that the brokerage carries out. Sarah launched Tru Realty in 2010 as a way to serve a marketplace that was seeing a shift from auction centric fix/flips to an MLS flow. Sarah built a solid team of capital lenders, general contractors, investors, and other specialists unique to each deal. She achieved in a big way reaching over 450 deals in a span of six years. Nearly every one of these deals was profitable yielding double-digit returns.

As a talent consultant, Juan Kingsbury guides teams and individuals to turn self- awareness and peer awareness into opportunities. He believes that, put in the right environment, any individual can and SHOULD be a superstar performer and be eager to prove it. Additionally, he collaborates with other consultants, recruiters, trainers and executives to foster their own expertise in talent management and recognition with Career Blindspot training and coaching.
Adam Wong brings over 15 years’ leadership and business management experience to Rockstar Workforce, including expertise in building high-performance teams, leadership development, sales, operations and administration. Most recently, he held key leadership roles at TTI Success Insights, a global leader in talent management. As Senior Vice President of Professional Services, he worked with mid- to enterprise-size businesses, leading efforts to implement new hiring and people-development initiatives.

Deb Caron is the owner and principal consultant of 

Fabrice Allibert, graduated in Business Administration by the University of Jonköping (Sweden). More than 15 years working on IT companies. Started to work as a Service Manager in Packard Bell, than as Service and Support Director in NEC Computers International managing partner alliances and services for the EMEA and LATAM region. In 2007, started to work for SM2 Software and Services Management where he is in charge of business development. In 2012, Fabrice initiated the new TALAIA OpenPPM Business line and is currently the director of the division in charge of the overall business management.
Tom Stokes is the Release Manager with Workday. Tom has an engineering background, coupled with experience in testing and process implementation. As a Project Manager since 2005, he lived through the evolution from CMM waterfall to today’s Agile methods. Being very philosophical, Tom simply looks for the best methods to suit the current business context. Outside work, Tom is an competitive formation skydiver and curler.

Born in Germany, and raised in Beantown, this Southie has been all over the map—Chicago, Houston, and Missoula each hold a spot in her heart, but more recently Dominique calls Phoenix home. No stranger to the spotlight, Dee is not afraid to bust a move when the mood strikes her, reliving her stint dancing with the prestigious Boston Ballet, no doubt. Birthday Parties, Group Outings and a day “Just for Fun”! Enchanted Island Amusement Park works to assist non- profits in the Phoenix Area. Their goal is to give back to the community that they are a part of. They work diligently with Arizonans for Children to host an annual Foster Festival at Enchanted Island where we serve over 3000 foster children and their foster families.
Theresa DiNatale-Lyon has been the owner of Enchanted Island Amusement Park in Phoenix since 2005 as well as the operator of the Daisy Mountain Railroad in Anthem, AZ since 2002. Theresa is married to Kraig Lyon, the co- owner of these businesses, and the mother of 3 children, the oldest of which just graduated from Northwest Christian School and is headed to NAU for this fall. While attending college Theresa worked full time at the Target Stores and quickly was promoted to an Executive Team Member. In her early years Theresa received a Nursing Assistant Certificate.
Claudia Castaneda is the General Manager of Enchanted Island Amusement Park.
