It isn’t an exaggeration to say that this process fundamentally changed our lives. We are now able to be mindfully present with our bodies, find self compassion and acceptance and release the intense physical response connected to unprocessed trauma.

We started this company as a way to bring this healing method to those who desire to include it on path to healing. We created a framework with the tools, strategies and principles needed to safely guide clients on their healing journey. We offer support and individual sessions for clients. In addition, we offer training to coaches and other practitioners who have a desire to be part of this holistic approach to healing.

About Your STEM Unplugged Hosts

After grow up in rural New York and joining the United States Army, Kelly Greene learned quickly to adapt to her surroundings to be successful. She attended Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.

She also enlisted in the United States Army and after graduating from training, Kelly traveled the world with the military. While stationed in Misawa, Japan, she fell in love with learning about cultures around the world. Even as a deployed Soldier during Operation Iraqi Freedom for two tours, she found opportunities to connect with the local children to form the Victory Base Council Girl Scouts with her fellow servicemen.

In 2013, she was deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and traveled the country by air. During this deployment, she had the opportunity to utilize the most advanced technologies available to the tactical HUMINT operations in theater. Upon return from combat, she retired with 21 years of service and began teaching. It’s okay to give up some control and rather than give a little focus on a lot of things, to focus on one thing per day. In the long run, you’ll be more successful in everything. Mike is a strong supporter of open communication with his teams and making sure the team interacts face-to-face to improve quality and efficiency.

Mike shared his view of what is driving some of the supply chain issues the national is currently experiencing. He talks about who is business supports and what he believes makes it successful. With 40 years experience in Critical Building Technologies, Mike has applied his experience to grow three companies in Arizona. He is the majority owner and CEO of ECD Systems in Tempe Arizona.

Mike serves on several non-profit boards and is a frequent speaker at national industry events. In his spare time, Mike enjoys, hunting, fishing, gun collecting, off road adventures, cars and seven grandchildren.

Bruno’s unique story and path to PMO leadership started not within the Project Management field rather promoting concerts back in his home country of Italy. Those early career experiences were setting the stage for a distinguished Project Management career as he learned the importance of Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, Influence, Budgeting, Planning, and Teamwork.

Bruno shared that he enjoys solving problems, inspiring others, and accomplishing his goals. He is an outcomes driven leader who solves problems and delivers results. Bruno is also deeply invested in mentoring. As a Mentor, he helps young individuals and people in need by providing ‘pro bono’ guidance, support and advice about Leadership, Personal Development, Career Development, PMO, Portfolio, Program and Project Management.

The mutual growth Bruno and the mentees have is a truly enriching experience. It’s a conversation where you get with somebody that has been where you are going. It’s an opportunity for you to be able to listen to what they have done in their career. “That was when I decided that I absolutely wanted to give back to society. So, I decided to carve out a lot of my free time to support people. Then, I started doing much more mentoring, Pro-Bono mentoring online on different platforms, of course, like the mentoring club being the biggest one, which is a nonprofit organization based here in Berlin.” -Bruno
