In Episode 1 of Cultivating Collaboration on Avontage podcast, Sean Sarram, the host and Founder of Avontage along with co-host Mark Jamnik of Enjoy Life Daily connect and share the experiences that are taking place on Avontage platform. After many fun conversations throughout 2020, Sean and Mark decided to take those conversations and bring in the amazing users of the platform to interview and share how the community is helping to solve each other’s pain points. Sean shares the iterations of the company from its inception in 2018 to its nationwide launch in 2021. Mark, a Time Creation Coach and power user on the platform, shares his stories of connecting to the community and seeing how receptive Sean is to iterate the product and make the platform the best it can be based on Avontees interactions. This episode sets the tone and the format of the upcoming interviews with Avontage members to discuss their expertise and how they collaborated to grow their business.

Steve Zylstra serves as president and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council, a role he assumed in 2007. He is responsible for strategy, operations, finance and policy development. Zylstra is a vocal spokesman for the value technology can provide in raising social and economic standards in Arizona.

Carina Romo is a second-year recipient of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Her father is a retired Master Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and has supported her throughout her entire education.
Master Sergeant Richard D. Romo is a native of Mesa, Arizona. He graduated from Mesa High School in May 1993 and enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve in November 1993. In January 1994 he completed Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, California, and was meritoriously promoted to Private First Class. He then subsequently completed Marine Combat Training in Camp Pendleton, California, and the Heavy Equipment Operators course in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Victoria Rosacci is the 2019-2021 Co-chair of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation Arizona committee and 2021 Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation 10th year Ball.
Mike Phillips is a Marine Corps veteran and volunteer with the Foundation’s Arizona committee. He recently retired from a 40-year career in journalism and municipal communications.
