Terri Harof has over 30 years of senior level expertise in sales & marketing and business development. She has worked with local, regional, and national businesses as well as global brands and has extensive franchise experience in the restaurant and health club sector.

As Director of Franchise Development Chief Brand Believer, her responsibilities include comprehensive management of the entire franchise development cycle; from strategic lead gen marketing and recruitment to nurturing the relationship with the candidate and awarding the franchise.

Ms. Harof enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her three sons at their football and baseball games, traveling, entertaining and teaching group fitness classes’ which she has done since her college days!

Mo Chaar with Givex

Since joining Givex in 2007, Mo Chaar has helped expand its North American footprint. He began his tenure as a Business Development Manager before becoming Vice President of Sales for North America and then moving to his current role as Chief Commercial Officer.

In this role, Mo oversees commercial strategy and development worldwide as well as managing the sales teams within North America. His experience in gift cards, loyalty and POS has assisted to the success of our largest partners.

Michael Wagner with Pool Scouts

Michael Wagner was born in California but grew up a military brat who lived in many spots and traveled around the world. Michael graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with degrees in Economics and Spanish.

Prior to Pool Scouts he worked as the Corporate Sales Officer for Chartway Federal Credit Union. Before Chartway, Michael was the Global Client Services Leader for DuPont Sustainable Solutions.

He held multiple senior leadership roles for Coastal Training Technologies Corporation (acquired by DuPont) over a 19-year career. As the President of Pool Scouts, Michael oversees the business and works to drive growth and ensure franchisee support.

When not working hard to set new benchmarks for the pool cleaning and maintenance business, he enjoys traveling around the east coast with his wife and two children for soccer games and training sessions. He also enjoys soccer, surfing and time at his own pool with the family.

Zachary Meade, Vice President – Training and Field Support at SpeedPro, holds more than 25 years of combined experience in executive recruitment, sales, management consulting, and business coaching. Working in the U.S. and Europe for both startup organizations and Fortune 100 companies, he has partnered with clients in industries such as information technology, investment banking, oil and gas, real estate, consumer lending, and manufacturing.

After 11 years abroad and earning dual U.S.–U.K. citizenship, Zack returned to the U.S. in 2016. He is passionate about coaching small business owners toward increased profitability while reducing stress and enabling them to carve out more time for themselves and their families.

Zack loves baseball (both playing and watching). He is originally from Canton, Ohio (Pro Football Hall of Fame location), and therefore continues to punish himself by remaining a loyal Cleveland Browns fan. Zack also volunteers his time as a Board Member of a local blindness charity (B.I.T. – Blind Institute of Technology), helping the blind and visually impaired find employment within the technology space.

Jeff Salter with Caring Senior Service

Jeff Salter is the founder and CEO of Caring Senior Service. Caring provides in-home, non-medical homecare services to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.

While working at a home health care company, Jeff saw that seniors and families were not able to handle the challenges of aging in place.

At 20 years old in 1991, Jeff started his company to be the solution for local and long-distance caregiving.

Within 5 years, he had opened an additional 4 locations and in 2003 started franchising. In 2021, Jeff celebrated the 30-year anniversary of Caring Senior Service by launching a nonprofit foundation called “Close the Gap in Senior Care” to bring awareness to overlooked aspects of senior care.

In April 2021, to kick-start this foundation’s fundraising and start a national conversation around senior care, Jeff rode his electric bicycle over 9,400 miles to visit each franchise location — a 4-month cross-country journey that raised over $100,000 for the Close the Gap cause.
