Tim Conn, the President and Founder of Image One, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 14 when he established his first cleaning company to earn extra income as a teenager.

By the time he graduated from high school, he had developed a small company with three employees and a roster of clients that included AT&T. What began as a part-time job to make some extra cash was evolving into a bona fide business.

Throughout his college years, Tim continued to manage his business, steadily growing it. When the opportunity to start franchising with a competitor arose, Tim recognized the potential for personal and professional growth, as well as the chance to help others achieve success at a young age. Collaborating with his partner Mike, Tim spent a decade working within a standard franchise model prevalent in the janitorial industry.

When their agreement with the national franchise company expired, it became clear that franchise owners deserved a superior franchise system. With this purpose in mind, Image One Facility Solutions, Inc. was founded in January 2011.

Outside of his commitment to training new franchisees and assisting current ones in realizing their aspirations, Tim prioritizes spending quality time with his family. Tim, his wife Maria, and their two sons, Anthony & Nikko, enjoy boating, waterskiing, and wake-surfing on the lake near their home.

They also appreciate winter sports including snow skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling adventures. Tim places a strong emphasis on the importance of family, not just for himself but for everyone at Image One.

As part of the company’s training program, they emphasize the concept of getting the business up and running, then stepping back to savor the rewards of being a business owner.

As family and community people, Michael and Terri Frantz bring their years of service-based work to Senior Care Authority ownership as Eldercare Consultants and Placement Specialists! Having met in college and married the week after graduation, Michael and Terri have been married forty-one years and have seven children, all homeschooled through high school. They are also blessed with seven grandchildren.

As a pastor for many years, Michael is currently the pastor of a small church in Lemoore, CA. He has also served as a volunteer police chaplain and has had hospice chaplain training. Michael and Terri also served as missionaries to Mexico from 1999-2002.

Terri has had multiple home-based businesses through the years which enabled her to be a stay-at-home mom and her children’s teacher. Her most recent business was with Tupperware, where she held different positions from consultant to Director to Business Leader over a period of 14 years.

The Frantz’s wanted to find a business to help them assist people who are struggling with difficult care decisions. Having worked with seniors both in church and in senior communities, they knew this venture would be a good fit. Michael and Terri look forward to working with older adults and their families, making a difference one life at a time.

They each have had experience with their own families in trying to find the best solutions in care choices. Their kindness, compassion, and empathy are available for families in San Luis Obispo County and Upper Santa Barbara County to help make difficult situations more manageable!

When not working with families, Michael enjoys reading and playing guitar. Terri loves reading and singing, and they both enjoy spending time with family.

Samantha Gorman jumped into entrepreneurship right after leaving college.

After working her way up from part-time trainer to manager, she moved to Monee, IL in 2018 and was approached by the CEO of Fitness Premiere to become an owner at the age of 24.

As a trainer, her expertise was working with specialized clientele, such as seniors and anyone with disabilities.

Since becoming an owner, Samantha has gone on to open 2 more locations in Beecher and Crete, all while raising three children.

Kathy Mecklenberg has been with Fitness Premiere for more than 20 years, starting as an attendant at the Kid’s Club in Bourbonnais.

Cynthia Perthuis, CDP, CADDCT, CSA is the owner of Senior Care Authority of New York and Southwest Florida. SCANYFL has helped close to 10,000 families with their care needs through placement services, eldercare consulting and advocacy.

Cynthia worked with her parents for seven years to find the right care, both in-home and assisted living. The stress of helping aging loved ones, working full-time, and caring for her own family while living over 1500 miles apart instilled in her the desire to support others going through similar experiences.

Cynthia serves on the board of NAMI and is active in community organizations including New York Junior League, Naples League Club and Alzheimer’s Association.

Cynthia splits her time between New York and Southwest Florida and supports families across the US.

Jania Bailey joined FranNet in August 2006 as President and COO while the company was transitioning to new ownership.
