Lee Kantor: Yeah, at the heart of Business RadioX is the ability to be a mega connector in your community. And the secret to being a mega connector in your community is you have to be a connector before you need a connection. That goes to the heart of what we do every day. A discipline that the most successful studio partners have is they are connecting people together on a regular basis. It is something they’re doing every single day. And that is one of the best ways to build a valuable network is by helping other people build their network.
Lee Kantor: So when you meet two people who should know each other, don’t think about it. Just do it. Introduce them together without worrying about it, what’s in it for you. Over time, if you do this relentlessly, people are going to remember you as that person who is consistently creating opportunities for other. That is such an important quality to have. That is something that is going to give you the authority, respect, and the opportunities that other people would dream of. If you can pull this off, if you can be the one that is always connecting people together, that is going to pay dividends for years and years and years.
Lee Kantor: So the challenge today, look through the people who you’ve spoken with recently. Just make one introduction where both people would genuinely benefit from knowing each other. If you do that activity every day, every week, that is something that is going to compound over time, and you will definitely thank me later.
