Creative Enterprises is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit that operates a Community Rehabilitation Program providing employment and life skills training to people with disabilities by offering on- and off-site work programs, job placement assistance, educational and creative programs, and a variety of additional resources to help maximize individual potential, empowering them to shine with their own unique creativity.

As of July 1, 2026, Courtney Grimm has been named CEO/ Executive Director, of the Gwinnett County Campus, succeeding Leigh McIntosh after an extraordinary 45 years of leadership. It is a transition rooted not in change for the sake of change, but in stewardship, continuity, and a shared commitment to the individuals and families Creative Enterprises has faithfully served for more than half a century.
For 50 years, Creative Enterprises has empowered individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment, skill development, and community engagement across Gwinnett, Forsyth, Dawson, White, Franklin, and Barrow counties.
