Ashley Hancock/Southeastern Medical Device Association
Ashley Hancock is founder and CEO of Innovetica, LLC, a boutique firm that assists physician inventors and small to mid-sized medical device companies with their strategy and commercialization needs. He specializes in market analysis, strategic planning, new product development, and market entry and expansion strategies. Ashley also serves as Executive Director of the Southeastern Medical Device Association, a non-profit industry association promoting growth in the medical device industry across the region. Previously, he managed the medical device portfolio for EndoChoice, an Atlanta-based venture-funded startup, and held senior marketing positions with C.R. Bard, accountable for an extensive surgical implant portfolio. During his 23 years of professional experience, Ashley has also held leadership positions with BP Amoco Chemical Company, where he began his career as a chemical engineer and progressed through the organization in positions of increasing management responsibility.
Ashley holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
