Company founder Sammy Baker started in the pest control industry 25 years ago and has worked as an executive for Orkin as well as Arrow Exterminators. He learned very quickly how to retrain and hire the correct people, and how to be consumer friendly and create policies to help clients.
One of Contractor’s Best favorite features is their No Transfer Fee. Also treated houses are provided a warranty which home owner can transfer when the home is sold, at no charge. They also have lower cost renewals on an annual basis, and tailor all of their pest control treatments.

Page Turners is a literacy nonprofit serving schools throughout metro Atlanta. Their mission is to expand children’s knowledge and understanding of the world, themselves, and the unique possibilities through a love of reading. They host author’s visits, read-a-thons, and book clubs.
