Linnea is the founder and president of Long Table, LLC, a consultancy which unlocks the potential in people. Long Table’s mission is to empower, equip and elevate the contributions of every Voice at the table, and to extend those tables to include and welcome Voices that need to be heard. They create self-aware, emotionally intelligent individuals and teams who communicate effectively, and achieve greater alignment, expanded capacity, enhanced performance and stronger relationships.
Linnea holds the highest level of consulting and coaching certification with GiANT, the world leader in leadership and team performance for the 21st Century. She draws from her background in teaching to guide her clients on an engaging and transformational journey, along with years of tested leadership experience in the public realm to help clients navigate real-world challenges to experience lasting personal and professional growth. She has served businesses, non-profits, government and Fortune 100 organizations.
Connecting people to people, and people to their place is a passion for Linnea. She is a three-term Councilwoman for the City of Suwanee, GA, serving since 2014. Her vision is that people everywhere would know they have purpose and value and would realize their full potential.
