Dr. Marshauna Sagesse/MGS Wellness Pharmacy Consulting and CPR Training
Dr. Marshauna Sagesse is a distinguished Clinical Pharmacist and the visionary CEO of MGS Wellness Pharmacy Consulting and CPR Training. Dr. Sagesse embarked on her academic journey at the University of Kentucky for her undergraduate studies, later pursuing her passion for pharmacy at Mercer University in Atlanta. She was recognized as a spotlight ambassador in 2023 for her contributions to the CDC Foundation’s “Live to the Beat” campaign, and her commitment to advancing public health through innovative initiatives has garnered admiration and accolades within the healthcare community.
Dr. Sagesse has held key leadership roles including pharmacy management positions at Publix Pharmacy and Walgreens, where she specialized in specialty pharmacy management. She served as a medical injectables Clinical Pharmacist for Anthem, laying the foundation for her entrepreneurial endeavor. Dr. Sagesse’s multifaceted skill set encompasses medication therapy management, specialty drugs, and navigating complex prior authorizations, reflecting her dedication to optimizing patient care. Additionally, she is a certified American Heart Association CPR Instructor and esteemed faculty member, imparting life-saving skills to healthcare professionals and the community alike.
