Cindy’s has a wide range of experience as a district manager, national trainer , project manager, marketing specialist and system sales specialist for both National and International corporations. Ten years as a small business owner of a local coffeehouse and special event planner. Her desire to help others succeed stemmed from her role as a corporate trainer in corporate America. Cindy is a certified trainer and her personal journey as a advocate for health and wellness lead her to use her passion as a trainer to become “Sister Knowitall” helping others build better relationships and become healthier by teaching whole food nutrition, disease prevention, and natural alternatives to live a happier simpler healthier life.
