John A. Ernst Jr. is a graduate of Emory University and University of Georgia, School of Law. Mr. Ernst graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. After graduating from Emory, Mr. Ernst was the assistant to Georgia Governor Roy Barnes, in which capacity he had the opportunity to meet with the leaders of the state and from around the world. Mr. Ernst is also a veteran of many political campaigns around the state. He then continued his education and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. During his tenure in law school, Mr. Ernst was a member of the prosecutorial clinic where he served as a prosecutor in the Athens-Clarke County District Attorney’s office and was a summer clerk for the Honorable John J Ellington, Georgia Court of Appeals. After law school, Mr. Ernst served as the Attorney of the Majority Caucus in the Georgia House of Representatives for the 2004 Legislative Session. John opened his own law firm in 2005 where he handles Real Estate Transactions, Bankruptcy cases, and Personal Injury Clients.
Mr. Ernst is licensed to practice before all Georgia Trial Courts and the Georgia Supreme Court and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Ernst is a title agent for Stewart Title.

The Gwinnett Braves are the Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. The franchise celebrates its fifth season of Triple-A International League baseball at Coolray Field in 2013. Dave Lezotte is in his second season as the Media Relations Manager for the Gwinnett Braves. Prior to joining the club, he spent six seasons as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the Clinton LumberKings, Class-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners. Dave’s baseball career began with the Milwaukee Brewers, where he worked six seasons in positions varying from the grounds crew to Television Broadcast Intern to Ticket Sales representative. He is originally from Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
