Their training studio is 1800-square-feet and is always super clean and has a complete private shower. They have complete state of the art weight training and cardiovascular equipment. Physique Refinements training programs are exclusive. They are a private personal training studio, Committed to Excellence. They strive for perfection by customizing individual training programs.
