Michael Wilensky/Attorney
Michael Wilensky is the Lead Litigator of the Wrongful Death/Serious Injury litigation team at Barrett & Farahany. Michael’s practice is devoted to representing clients who have sustained serious injuries or who have suffered the loss of a loved one through wrongful death. An equally significant portion of Michael’s practice is dedicated to litigation matters, including claims of sexual harassment, violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and gender, pregnancy, race, religion, age, and disability discrimination.
Michael is recognized as one of Georgia’s premier wrongful death and serious injury attorneys. He is an AV Rated Preeminent Attorney and has the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. In 2019 Michael was awarded the Judicial AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible distinction.
Recently, Michael was selected to be a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 for the third consecutive year (2018, 2019, and 2020). Kathy Harrington Sullivan/Partner
Kathy Harrington Sullivan is a Partner at Barrett & Farahany and manages the firm’s case evaluation team. Because knowledge truly is power, Kathy and the Atlanta employment attorneys on her team regularly consult with and empower potential clients by helping them to understand the law, clarifying what their rights are as employees, and determining what steps they can take to protect themselves and their jobs.
Kathy is an active member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and is also a member of the Labor & Employment section of the Atlanta Bar Association. She holds a J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, a B.S. with Highest Honors in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Nursing from Georgia College.
