Co-founders Kevin Bryant and Abby Port are dedicated to enhancing the City of Roswell and giving its citizens much needed amenities including a boutique hotel, community garden, and parking solutions. Dion Meltzer of Meltzer Properties is active in Atlanta real estate and equity investor/partner in Canton Place Development. Legendary Atlanta developer Claude A. Petty, Jr. is its chairman.
This team is leading the development of the 125-room new boutique hotel and mixed-use space in Historic Roswell that will be home to restaurants, retail shops, urban markets, office space, parking and lifestyle amenities within an easy walk to Canton Street.
