You should be constantly looking at ways to making sure the client is getting something that is making their life better in some tangible manner. The service has to be making your client more money, making their life easier, or relieving some pain they’re having. And you’ve got to be doing this every single month, every single week, every single day.

You’ll get a lot more referrals if you could become that go-to service that is just solving this problem and is growing and evolving as the markets change. You will be indispensable.
