BRX Pro Tip: New Studio Partners See Existing Show Concepts
Stone Payton: [00:00:00] Welcome back to BRX Pro Tips. Stone Payton and Lee Kantor here with you. Lee, let’s talk a little bit about getting your studio off the ground. A new studio partner, one of the most important activities a new studio partner can engage in is looking across our network and taking notice of the existing show concepts, the show categories, the clients that are already in place in those other studios. Wouldn’t you agree?
Lee Kantor: [00:00:29] Absolutely. One of the first things we tell any prospective sponsor or studio partner is that all of our work is published. We have everything out there for the public to see. So, if you’re a new studio partner, and you’re part of the Business RadioX team, the first thing I would do is kind of look at each one of the studios that already exist and look at each one of the shows that have already been sold. And once you realize, you’ll see some familiar faces in terms of what we call these folks, the butcher and the baker. These are kind of the staples of studios that these are the areas in the industries that have already shown and are already actively using the platform to benefit themselves in each of these markets.
Lee Kantor: [00:01:17] So, if you look you’re going to see some professional service folks who’ve already bought shows. Those are commercial real estate, wealth management, healthcare sales, printers, IT folks, anybody that’s in business-to-business professional services, CPAs, attorneys, bankers, those are already areas that somebody in the network has sold one of those folks something. So, now you’re new to a market, you can go to those same kind of vertical industries, and you don’t have to kind of hypothetically show them this could work for them. You can say, “Look, it’s already working in these three markets for other folks that are in your same industry.”
Lee Kantor: [00:02:01] This is such an advantage when you’re trying to sell something that’s new to folks who hadn’t heard of you before. You already have proof we exist. You already have proof we serve business folks. And now, you have specific proof that it’s working for somebody in these markets. They can go and listen to the shows. They can call up those clients to ask them how it’s working. You have built in case studies in a variety of industries that you didn’t have to do anything to get. By being part of the family, you get that to use for your business. So, remember, if you don’t have clients in each of these niches, the first thing you do is start interviewing some of those folks, get them in your studio, make them aware of the service that we’ve already done for folks just like them in other markets, and sell them something.
