BRX Pro Tip: Don’t Be a Lone Ranger
Stone Payton: [00:00:00] And we are back with Business RadioX Pro Tips. Lee Kantor and Stone Payton here with you. Lee, you’re fond of saying, “Don’t be a Lone Ranger.” Talk a little bit about that.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:11] Sure. I’m a big believer in everybody does what they do and let other people do what they do. So, in order to do that, you have to focus in on your strengths, be the best you can be, and work on that as much as possible, and then let your team do the rest of the stuff. Everybody has to hold each other accountable. I’m not saying to abdicate responsibility, but it’s important to delegate and let everybody else do their role in the organization. And you have to check in. You got to make sure everybody is progressing towards the goal, but you don’t have to do everything yourself. Trust your teammates. You picked them for a reason, trust they’re going to do the right thing.
