BRX Pro Tip: Ask for Feedback and Opinion
Stone Payton: [00:00:00] Welcome back to BRX Pro Tip. Stone Payton and Lee Kantor here with you. Lee, let’s talk a little bit about reactivating past guests, past clients, and we shared some ideas on this in the past. But one that you shared with me the other day is asking for feedback, asking for their opinion on something.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:23] Yeah. I mean, it works great in our environment because we have so many past guests that come through the door. But I think it works in any organization that you deal with lots of people coming through your funnel. But if you go back to past people and then ask them for their opinion and, maybe, set up a call. Like, in today’s world, maybe it’s difficult to get them all in the same room to have a brainstorming session, but that’s one way to do it. Or you can do a big Zoom call with a bunch of people. Or you can ask them, you know, to have a call with you to speak directly about it.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:55] But people love to give their opinion and these people have some experience with you, so it’s not out of the blue for them to ask their opinion about something you’re doing. And this can open up the door to even start a pilot program to get them to buy something that they’re getting a chance to test, maybe they get a special deal. But it’s getting their opinion on a new initiative or something you got going on is a great way to kind of rekindle that relationship and to see if there’s ways to work together in the future.
