Stone Payton: [00:00:00] And we are back with Business RadioX Pro Tips. Lee Kantor and Stone Payton here with you. Lee, today’s topic, how do you bring people into your community?
Lee Kantor: [00:00:10] Yeah. We’ve talked a lot lately about being a niche, and I think having a community is another way to talk about your niche. So, if you have a community that you’re serving and you have a free way to bring more and more people into that community to raise their hand to say, “Hey, I’m interested in this. I’d like to learn more about that,” how and what do you do to begin a relationship with somebody new?
Lee Kantor: [00:00:38] If you’re not thinking about ways to bring new people in to discover and engage with you, it’s going to be difficult to grow your community. So, the ideal way would be if your current clients or current members of the community tell others about you. So, if that’s the case, do you have a mechanism in place for them to do that? If you don’t, start thinking about it.
Lee Kantor: [00:01:01] Now, that’s one way to grow and probably the best way is organically grow with your current users. Another way is to start evangelizing and doing some work to get into adjacent communities and to see if you can pull some of those people into your community. So, these are all things that require you to start thinking about creative ways to help get the word out so that you can bring more people into your community.
Lee Kantor: [00:01:30] The easiest and the most efficient way and the best way over time, I think, is to start out with your existing clients and your existing members. What can you be doing to help them help you get the word out and bring more people into your community?
