BRX Pro Tip: Removing Risk
Stone Payton: [00:00:00] Welcome back to Business RadioX Pro Tips. Stone Payton and Lee Kantor here with you. Lee, today’s topic, removing risk.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:09] Yeah. If you can remove the risk in the eyes of your prospects, you’re going to have an easier time disrupting kind of the niche that you’re focusing in on because you’re going to be the place that is almost a risk-free way of kind of serving that marketplace.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:25] So, one way we do that is we have a no-contract, cancel-any-time arrangement. Obviously, the pro of that is it removes any risk on behalf of the prospect. If it doesn’t work out, they can stop paying. There’s no – they’re not obligated to keep on with a kind of a losing situation.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:42] Now, the con of it on our part is it puts the risk on us to deliver results. It puts the risk on us to show that we are really delivering the results that we promise. So, the good part about that for the client and for our business partners and ourselves is it forces us to get really good at helping our clients become successful because if we can’t really help our clients become successful, they’re not going to stick around for very long and we’re not going to be able to be successful ourselves.
Lee Kantor: [00:01:10] So, I don’t mind putting the onus on us because that’s what we should be doing every day, is doing whatever it takes to help our clients succeed. And so, I don’t mind sharing some of that risk. And I think that’s a great way for folks out there that really want to make an impact in a short period of time is no contract, cancel any time. Remove the risk on behalf of your prospect. Put the risk on you. That way you’re forced to deliver the results, or else you’re not going to be able to have clients for very much longer.
