BRX Pro Tip: Strategic Guest Co-Host
Stone Payton: [00:00:00] Welcome back to BRX Pro Tips. Lee Kantor and Stone Payton here with you. Lee, let’s talk about the strategy, the growth strategy for a studio partner of inviting a strategic co-host to participate.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:15] Yeah, I think this is a wonderful way for you to kind of expand your network, and a way to do that is by getting a strategic guest co-host. That’s how I started the business. I know other studio partners have done this in the past as well. But what you do is you find some good networker, somebody who goes out and likes to be kind of the social mayor of their organization, or their company, or wherever they are. And then, just invite them to be a co-host for a few episodes. Let them invite some guests.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:46] And soon, you’ll find that they’re going to like it. Maybe they can’t afford a show. Maybe a show isn’t appropriate for them on a regular basis. But to use them, periodically, to come in and bring their people in is a good way for you to meet new people and to give this person that opportunity to have some of the intangible benefits of being a host, which are serving their community, having an impact and being seen as an authority. So, it’s a great way to expand the network without you having to join 50 clubs. Just invite some of the leaders of these clubs to be a co-host periodically, and you’ll get the benefits without a lot of the legwork.
