Stone Payton: [00:00:00] Welcome back to BRX Pro Tips. Stone Payton and Lee Kantor here with you. Lee, the topic for today is the importance of systems and processes in business.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:11] Yeah. This, to me, is something that I’ve been just kind of obsessing about lately. Everything that I’m learning and reading about, and especially from some of the shows like we do, the Franchise Marketing Radio Show, and I’m talking to so many franchise owners. And the key thing for a successful franchise is to have these tight systems and processes in place. And focusing on how to just keep tweaking and making those systems more efficient and more effective so that they’re reliable and predictable. That way, the results are that.
Lee Kantor: [00:00:43] And I just find that this is where most business leaders should be focusing their time on, is just keep working on those systems and getting them right. I think a lot of folks focus on goals, and goals are really not the most important thing. They sound like, “Okay. I’m aiming at that and that’s what I’m shooting for.” But it’s the systems that really make that goal achievable and attainable. And so, you can surpass that goal.
Lee Kantor: [00:01:14] So, if you get the systems right, the goals kind of take care of themselves. So, I would recommend that business leaders today, just find those systems that you need to get working and just keep tweaking them. And if you spend time and energy every day on making your systems and processes more efficient and effective, then those goals, you will attain all of those goals.
