BRX Pro Tip: Using a Virtual Assistant

Stone Payton: [00:00:00] And we are back with Business RadioX Pro Tips. Lee Kantor and Stone Payton here with you. Lee, today’s topic, using a virtual assistant.

Lee Kantor: [00:00:10] Yeah. In today’s world, we’re very fortunate in that the world is kind of our oyster when it comes to finding a virtual assistant. And, now, there’s a lot of affordable options when it comes to a virtual assistant. We’ve been using a company called Gabtech Global. They’re based in the United States, but they have a lot of virtual assistants that work from the Philippines. And they can handle a lot of administrative tasks that bog you down each week.

Lee Kantor: [00:00:36] I would recommend any entrepreneur, anybody, a solopreneur, especially, or somebody in professional services to just do an experiment. Contact a virtual assistant, whether it’s through Gabtech Global or it’s through Fiverr or Upwork or something. And then, have them do some of those administrative tasks that are bogging you down each week. You’re going to find that they’re a lot more affordable.

Lee Kantor: [00:00:59] You can be focused in on kind of the the bigger task that only you can do that have to do kind of with really moving the needle in your business. And you can delegate a lot of these smaller tasks that take up time, that make you feel like you’re busy but aren’t really moving the needle. And I highly recommend trying this. This is something that can be a game changer if you leverage this right.

Lee Kantor: [00:01:21] Start small, have them do small things, maybe social media engagement, maybe prospecting, maybe little teeny tasks that you’ve been kind of procrastinating because you don’t like to do it. Find a way to test and experiment with a virtual assistant to have them try to do some of those tasks that are kind of repetitive and that you can clearly define and teach them how to do, so they’re doing it in the exact way you want them to do it. But they’re doing the work so you can focus in on kind of the bigger activities that move the needle that really leverage your time to its fullest.
