Relocated to Tucson when I was 22. I have an A.S. from PCC and attended the U of A and ASU online. Earlier this year I published my first book “Use It or Lose It.” I also hold multiple certifications in the exercise field, Including a degree from Personal Training school.
I am extremely close to my family and I am engaged to Rasha. Tucson Corrective Exercise was founded by accident in 2013 after I taught an exercise class at Starfish on River Hills.
But then in 2015 I left my job and went full time owner operator quickly needing to hire more people.
We offer group and one on one exercise training for seniors with disabilities. Over the last 8 years my team and I have helped hundreds of seniors regain the ability to walk and improve other functions necessary to help them live life more independently.
We are currently working on an expansion to senior living facilities in Scottsdale Az. I will work every day the rest of my life to see that TCE becomes a brand that is known for empowering seniors.

ABOUT SENA KIMBRELL L.AC.
Sena’s family and heritage is from Northern Arizona, Flagstaff, AZ. Sena was born in Tucson Az out of medical necessity.
Her mother had a rare blood disorder that made the pregnancy dangerous to both the mom and the baby (Sena). They were emergency transported from Flagstaff to University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. Sena was 2 months premature and was born at 2lbs 13 oz. Sena made medical history by being the first baby in Arizona to survive being an RHFactor baby.
This made her immune system very compromised, and Sena spent her entire childhood sick. Sena was raised by her grandparents in Flagstaff AZ.
Her grandmother felt that activities would strengthen her and she took up activities such as Tap Dancing, Jazz Dancing, Playing the Organ, Gymnastics, Swimming, Silversmithing, Jewelry designing and Lamp work Glass. Sena was like a little fish and made it far on professional swimming team, placing in the top 5 in State, Regionals and Junior Olympics.
Sena was raised near the Navajo Reservation from age 14 and there was fortunate to start training in Traditional Navajo Medicine. Her interest in this was in an effort to fix her own health. Sena had a son in 1997, moved to Tucson in 2001, raised her son alone, and pursued an education in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2010 Sena adopted / took in her son’s best friend.
Sena has a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MacOM) in 2011. She opened Old Pueblo Acupuncture in 2013. Sena uses her own health experiences, her traditional Navajo and Traditional Chinese medicine training to get amazing results with her patients. She is truly a gifted healer and LOVES this medicine.
