She described the focus of their Health Services team, to dive deep into the claims data of existing clients both for better serving their clients and to provide a holistic view of trends, both current and future. She said the data analyzed by The Hartford is currently focused on musculoskeletal issues and that they offer services such as virtual ergonomic assessments to help workers stay productive and healthy.
